[Resolved]  Tata Sky — tata sky service disconnected/ no refund of yearly subscription

Iam vinay nagawkar, tata skyconsumer no [protected] did not advice deactivation yet my services were determined in july since have been calling for refund of my balance yearly subscription on helpline no, lost the count how many times getting false assurances. No refund received. Associated with your company as customer for 10 years. Pls take notice.
