Tata Sky — tata sky service of some HD channels & some other imp channels from last 2 to 3 months not good

Dear sir, I am prakash kusuma bearing RMN no [protected], i m paying monthly 625 for grand sport pack but i m not getting service of channels like kannada news channels n some HD channels and that peece of mind channel. and everytime i call customer care to fix the problem no response at all so kindly take care of this complaint and solve ASAP unless we go for adopting another new service provider Regards Prakash
