[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky services and unaccountable changes even after request for deactivation | |||
Hi We got a call from tata sky marketing team in the month of november 2017, that tata beauty would be provided for free for 10 days and thereafter would be stopped or continued if we agree. But we never got any call and the services were continuing and charges were made on our account. We made our first complaint on 20 nov 2017 and requested to stop tata beauty, but it was still not removed. We then called again in 23 dec 2017 to stop ten 3 sports and tata beauty but nothing happened. And finally we called again on 20 jan 2018 to stop and also lodged a complaint for the extra charges incurred due to these two services. We are very dissapointed in tata sky services and requested rectification and resolution to the extra charges and process a refund. Please take it as a matter o[censored]rgency and resolve asap.
