My self basant kumar singh, i am a customer of tatasky my id [protected] for last 4 years and facing problem of not viewing all news channels and all other channels are coming. This problem i am facing from last 6 days and there is action taken by tata sky team. I also called tatasky customer care representative but no resolvement of problem. I have paid rs.1660 in july, 2016 for annual plan but last some days i have not viewing due to this problem.
Pl. Refund my payment.

Kindly change the pack value. I am also disturbed from your signal which many times disturbed and when I call to your customer support staff for any kind of help it firstly take a long procedure to talk with them. So kindly make it so easy to our easiness. please solve it

Sir, I'm suresh from valsad (dharmpur taluka) ..., I had called many times to customers care tool free no. For consulting data pack offer... But, every time balance cut.
If you are not giving this facility so please remove your toll free no., I'm not satisfied with our relationship. I'm charged for this 200/- in 1-month.
