Tata Sky — Tata sky services - service disruption ever since the upgrade in April

The service went down after their upgrade in early April. Even since we've had service disruption with no service for a majority of channels. Even after filing multiple complaints since a month our service is not restored. The customer service experience has been horrendous - bad customer service, customer person hangs up on calls, service request getting cancelled without any reason, call backs don't happen. We had to recharge multiple times so as not to take another hit of getting connection fees again. They're also not willing to give refund until the technician visits the site. Multiple times the request has been escalated and we getting new complaint numbers with no follow-ups. I'd like to officially file a complaint against such unethical business practices. Unfortunately Tata Sky does not care about the customers at all!
