Tata Sky — Tata sky Set box policy & it's service

Dear Sir/Madam, Yesterday I found that my Tata sky Set box is not receiving signal. I complaint for same through Tata sky Customer care. They sent their technician. For that they had charge technician visit fee of INR 170 till the time I had waited for 15 to 18 hour. When He has found problem is with the box then he has replace the old box with my original new Box & charged another INR 350. When I asked them to kept my original set of box with me that time their technician & customer care said that as per company policy you can not open this box & can not get original set box after repair as they install their old set of box. So I asked them for Bill receipt of same but they said they are not providing any bill against repair of the original set of box. Only I have to pay money through their online site. Where there is no record of bill against which reason. Now in this case if a sensor price of 10 to 30 rs they are charging 10 to 15 folds extra money with their intermittent service. So why shall I have to pay them a extra money for no reason. As manufacturer of set of box is tata sky. Problem is with their box in addition of this for intermittent service they are charging. This way they loot for each customer to sale their china made spare parts. Which hardly cost 20 to 30 rs. against of that they are charging 500 rs with their old box & they can not guaranteed of their old box too. For this reason I think that they are looting almost all consumer with their hide policy all the time. So I request you to advice me over this to proceed complaint in Consumer court or Shall there is any middle way to stop loot of consumer by Tata sky?
