[Resolved] Tata Sky — Tata sky set top box no [protected] | |||||
My consumer no is [protected] and have been a premium tata sky customer since mant years ..have 2 Tata sky connections at my residence..1 HD and another an ordinary add on. over the past 3 months my tata sky boxes have given a lot of trouble ..and one has been replaced 2 months ago... inspite of repeated calls to replace the box Tata sky helplines insist on no warrantys..so is Tata a 1 month warranty product.. i do not want numerous calls on this..if my box is not replaced with a brand new one free of cost i will take his matter up further as well as disconnectmy tata sky connection asap..
