[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky set top box - no signal issue

Hi,
From few days, i having no signal issue with tata sky. But after some hours it starts working. So i decided to call customer service. He asked me to do master reset which was unsuccessful. Now he wants me to pay 100 rs for technicians visit because he goofed up. When i requested to put a customer complaint the call was disconnected. Please help.
