Tata Sky — tata sky set up box is not working

Taya sky set up box has been not working last one week and we trying to cal custmor care every day but they are not responding properly to us, first for connecting phone to them it have to spend 30rs per cal and after connect cal they are telling we registered your complaint our person will contact you but no one is contacting us. Pl sort out our issue we are facing so much problems, thank you in advance
