[Resolved] Tata Sky — Tata Sky - signal loss not restored despite complaints | |||
Since 6th Jan 2017, my Tatasky TV connection does not work and exhibits caption "Set TOp box is not receiving signal" I lodged a complaint today (7/01/2017) with their Customer care. A mechanic arrived at my place this afternoon and said a part has to be changed for which I have to shell out Rs. 400/- . I suggested that the dish could have changed orientation and requested him to check it. He loosened the dish and said I have to relocate the Antenna. I requested him to give a report to this effect which he said that it is not their system. I wonder what kind of system do they have? Was this information helpful? | |||
