Tata Sky — Tata Sky signal problem - I want refund | |||
Hi, We are not getting some channels since 2nd April, 2015 because of signal problems as you mentioned that you are doing up-gradation and it will affects signals. Called many times on your mentioned no. [protected] but no one responded. Instead of saying missed call I called many times but no response. What kind of service is this and why you are making fools of customers if you can't provide them the service. This is not acceptable. Subscriber ID- [protected] Please send your technician asap and resolve this problem. Why we should pay my full subscription when i am not able to see all the channels. This upgradation activity is from Tata sky on its own. why should we suffer ? I want a refund of the days. Was this information helpful? | |||
