Dear team, It had been more then ten days now that I am not able to view any of the channels from your service, for the same I have complained your customer care for more then 18 times and every time they had only deadlines which are never met, I have a small kid and parents at home and television is a mode of there entertainment, I feel this is harassment for them as for last ten days there time schedule is disturbed. I don't understand that how is this possible that in today's competitive world you can dare to move on with such kind of pathetic services.your engineers have visited around five times and not able to do anything till yet. I request you that I am one of the stupid client of yours please confirm if you can't serve us on time and give us only mental torture to follow so please take your equipments from my place so we can move to a better subscriber.
