We are facing signal issues for last 2 months. Since then, we have called TataSky Customer Care almost daily. TataSky forcing us to spend considerable time on IVRS and finally informed that they are currently facing congestion and hence they will call later. This is happening each time. Till now, we received a return call only once and they informed that the technician will visit soon. However, nobody visited till now. Tried using the chat service also. After waiting for 20-25 minutes, just before our turn, the system suddenly started displaying "we are offline now". This is taking away the trust that we had in brand 'TATA''. Disgusting !!!
