Tata Sky — Tata Sky Technician Did not assist customer

Hi Team, We are facing some issue with TATA Sky as i have purchased it recently today a tata sky technician has visited to attend my complaint. The behavior of tata sky technician was very rude and he also did assist the customer properly even he does not have the such time to attend the issue. Please look into this
