Tata Sky — Tata Sky the worst DTH company with untrained and pathetic Customer Service

I am shocked to see such an irresponsible behavior from tata sky. This is the second time I am raising a complaint within a month of installation of tata sky tthtthese guys don't bother to answer or revert back. My customer ID is [protected]. When Today finally I got a call from one of tatasky technicians from [protected], to fix a time of visit, neither did he turn up nor is my calls being answered. I also tried calling on[protected],[protected] and +[protected] which I believe is the tata sky office nos. For this area. There was no answer on that as well. Besides that I also called customer helpline nos and the last executive I spoke to was Salman who kept my call on hold for 18 mins and finally disconnected the call, and didn't even bother to get back.
