My Tata sky prepaid recharge connection account no. is [protected]. I surprised to know that A scheme has been launched by Tata sky for one year recharge payment of Rs. 1660 for those selected ID, s who has closed their connection in the recent 4 to 5 months back and not applicable for the customers who are associated since 7 to 8 years with TATA as per the discussion with Representive of Tata Sky. I have the following queries in this regard as discussed with their representative and could not be answered.
1. Is it necessary to close the connection for at least three to four months to take benefit of deposit for full one year for regular customer.
2. Tata is known as a name of Trust who is known for his quality and transparency. Can we say that now the company has started the policy to get new customer and loosing the regular customer like Reliance and other companies for the reason which is best known to Tata Management.
3. Why the benefits is not being to their regular customer.
4. It is also observed that generally a call is received to customer for subscription of a particular channel and even the disagreement of customer, the channel is initiated and customer is known when he found the increased subscription in next month and a busy person generally not bothered assuming rental fee might be increased.
I want to satisfy myself as I was not expecting that It can happened in Tata company.
