From more than 4 days, I am not able to view my channels. My subscriber ID is [protected]. I gave a missed call to [protected] but without any response. I have been using Tata Sky for 2 years and I am very satisfied. I am happy to use your quality service and immediate technical support. But these days I feel that it is degrading because of recent technical hiccups that have been arising from past 3 weeks. Last month, a cooking channel was automatically added without my consent and I have been unnecessarily charged. Please remove it immediately. For my family, TV is the main source of entertainment / time pass round the clock. You (tata sky) charge us on a daily basis... Please take immediate action. Was this information helpful? | |||
