[Resolved]  Tata Sky — tata sky violating trai regulation about existing long duration packs

I am on a long duration pack valid up to oct 2019. But suddenly they have shifted to new pack without my consent. When contacted they have refused to continue my long duration pack which is valid up to oct, 2019 without obeying trai regulations to continue the existing long duration pack as per consumer wish.

I want to continue my long duration pack

Hi, we understand your concern. LDP packs for new and existing subscribers are being discontinued in compliance with the new regulation on pricing. You will be migrated to a new monthly plan with your balance being adjusted. You can choose your channels & packs that best-fits your viewing requirements on www.mytatasky.com. Let us assure you the same regulation is applicable for all DTH and Cable operators.
