Tata Sky — Tata Sky - waiting for engineer to visit since 1 Month TATA SKY service sucks

My set top box is not receiving signals from last one month, I have made several complaints over phone / sms but till date however no engineer visited to fix issue. The worst part is when we call CC thy put us on hold for 20-30 min .Today I am just going to throw the set top box along with the dish and if the engineer visits after that he will be going to have a very bad day.
