Tata Sky — tata sky worst service, non professional


Seeing many times advertisement isko laga dala to life jhingalala...

I remember, i started Tata Sky tv new connection in Feb 2016 with HD service and found all ok till 1 year.

After that i relocate my rented house and request for re installation Tata sky and observe after few months that many channels which are free to air are not coming. So for just double check why i compare with my office colleague who also using same pack with TATA SKY and get to know there is some problem while installation of dish due to that signal are low and channels are less.

Thats why i called to tata sky and request for visit but get answer it will chargeable Rs 250/- i asked why these charges as i already paid Rs 300/- than answers came ye to lagenge. If Dish not installed properly by yours team member for that i already paid Rs 300/- than why i give again Rs 250/- when fault is yours side. No solution done by TATA SKY for that. But never found any help or solution by TATA even after many complaints.

Now once again when i shift to new location i.e. in April 2019. I request to tata sky for re-installation. I request to executive don't make any joint in wire if new wire is required without joint i will pay.

As the executive don't have wire at that time as per his statement. He simply made 2 joints and start TV for checking purpose and feels signal value is very very low i.e. 2 to 3 and said i will come tomorrow with new wire. But by next day he not bring any wire with himself and said i will use amplifier it will work. Now signal value is coming around 20. I asked why you not bring wire he said i will come tomorrow till that you can use this amplifier tomorrow i will come again and solve it.

By next day Amount deducted from TATA account for installation + wire + amplifier, and now when am putting request again and again no one interested in visit. TATA customer care says that if you want further installation we can arrange visit but you have to pay again.

When installation is incomplete till date signal not coming properly than why i pay again.

Request you to either resolve it or refund my amount. As i will not pay additional amount on your wrong installation basis.

Since 6 months i was not utilising the services as i was out of city. After returning back i have recharged the tata sky and was about to start but says wrong card and oairing error. No 14 error.

Hi, we're here to help. Please remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
