Hello, I am not able to see any channel since last 3 weeks (25 Mar 2015) due to non sense up gradation process. No one is calling back for complaint resolution (got call in this week from customer care to ask nonsense question 'should I register your complaint?') Really poor an pathetic service from Tata Sky.
