Its regarding my unaddressed complaint c-519053 and marked the complaint as resolved without even addressing it.
Its been three days i am not getting network and have been charged. I am following up with your support team who doesn't even respond and resolve issues even on consistent followups.
Its more of irritating and harassing with responses from these company people. Its repeated; in past also such issues been reported but nothing getting addressed.
I am requesting consumer complaint board to assign auditor for verifying the consumer support governance and regulations for this company; and to re look for there licencing for non-compliance of support governance body.
