Tata Sky — tatasky channels in tamil not functioning

Tamil channels not functioning for the past 15 days citing technical problem. Whereas local private technician sets it alright at Rs400. Will tatasky personally depute someone to rectify this. This problem is every household in Salem. My id no [protected] Sivaraman [protected]. Not out of place to mention that tatasky should compensate for this channels going off the air.
