My tatasky cust ID is [protected]. I have never subscribed or requested for Miniplex product, inspite of this, the company has upgraed this product in my selected product list, deducted 60/= Rs. to my account and also shortened the period of viewing from 8th Dec. to 2nd Dec., 2015. Not only that, the company has increased my monthly charges from Rs. 470/= to Rs. 545/= unilaterally. On contacting over phone, the company personnels are not ready to listen and continue to say the same thing that Miniplex product can be dropped only after 30 days, I.e. on 11.12.2015 only.. I am seriously thinking of moving to consumer grievances forum. Please restore my earlier packages and increase period of viewing accordingly and also reduce the monthly charges.

I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue reimbursing the deducted amount and extending the due date.
