Tata Sky — Tatasky is not responding against the raised Request of not able to get the services of TATASKY

Hi, I am very much disappointed with the services of tatasky. I am not able to gain the services of tatasky from 20 days. I registered online request more then 50 times but they are not responding. The engineer is not coming to fix the issue. They have deducted all remaining balance of my tata sky account and when i called to its customer care number then they are not willing to serve better service.
