[Resolved] Tata Sky — Tatasky secondary connection deactivated despite showing active status on app | |
I had paid the bill for both my primary and secondary tatasky setup boxes before due date. The status for the secondary connection in the tatasky app is shown as ACTIVE, whereas on switching the TV on, it's alerting me that the connection is deactivated and hence, I cannot view any channel that I've subscribed to.
