Tata Sky — TataSky Technician did not turn up twice as per given time by him.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that today I have placed through my registered mobile number on [protected] at 12:25pm and I was asked to give my preferable time for technician to visit. I told either visit around 5pm today or tomorrow morning but please call me before coming. I was told that concerned person will be visiting my place today by 4pm. So, I took the half day from my office office and came to my residence.
Around 4pm I received the call that the concerned person will be visiting at 6pm due to some problem but please come positively.
Around 6pm I again receive the call from ([protected]) that he will not be able to visit today and he will visit tomorrow morning. I requested please visit today as I took the half day and came. He told me will revert back in an hour.

But till now I haven't receive any call and when I again called him up, he simply disconnected the line by saying "I cannot help you, I did what I was told from my senior so you can register the complaint if you wish to"

I logged in through net and chatted through tata sky associate and that person also refused to lodge the

Now, I want the appropriate action needs to be taken against that person who has wasted my time and send me detailed report from your end about the above mentioned matter.

They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and make sure a technician visit's your place asap.
