I recharged my tatasky account with 5920 rs for semi-annual package on 23rd june 2017.
My account is not reflecting the same but after doing it i saw my account was deactivated. My credit card was debited with the amount 5920 and i also confirmed with the bank. I received email from both tatasky and my bank that the transaction was successful.
I have been reaching the customer care and all executives say the same thing, sorry for inconvenience, it will be fixed in 48hrs. Every executives says 24-48 hours. Then i raised an compliant (Service request reference number: sr[protected] with them thinking that they will resolve this soon, but another executive called me on phone and telling it will take 7-10 working days to resolve this... Seriously!!!
My family were very upset in the weekend without tv.
Today is 27th june, nearly 100 hours gone by... No fix, nobody responds.
I asked them to escalate... Nothing happening.
