1. Since past 6-months my subscriber ID keeps on changing...and
along with this the payment reminders always keep bugging, though I have paid
1-year subscription amount in advance during Oct-2014, ….complaint lodged over
the toll free number immediately after the issue was discovered…but has fallen
on the deaf ears,
2. These days, I am
unable to order the showcase movies
3. Many of channels have just disappeared from the screen
like news, cartoons, movies, and
regional channels….
4. The signal strength is pretty weak and the screen image
breaks-down though the weather conditions outside are completely normal and are
not Rainy at all…
5. There is a message box continuously appearing over the
screen and when we press the yellow colour button on the remote to read the
message, the ongoing programme just vanishes from the screen.
Don't know as to what & where is wrong in the system...
Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue immediately,
if not, then I shall be forced to surrender the Tatasky connection and buy some
