Tata Sky — Technical issues and misrepresentation of packages

1. 2 weeks Tara sky didn't work and despite trying of reach them, they don't taken your call or respond to you. 2. I changed my package from south mega hd to grand sports. Whiles the system accepted my payment and change of package, I received a call from the call centre that I had to pay more. This is some big scam that Tara Sky runs where they don't allow u to change their package. I just went to my account on mytatasky.com and I found that the package change also hasn't been made. 3. The website didn't work well and I've made the payment twice. I need ta tasks to reverse one payment. It's impossibleto reach them one hone email or chat. I want to go to the consumer court to fix this Kripa [protected]
