[Resolved] Tata Sky — technician charges even for the installation fault | |||
Hello I had requested for shifting of my tata sky few months back, the technician had done the installation wrong. He used a very short wire to install the connection due to which i can only manage to use tata sky from only one side of tv. When i received a feedback call from the tata sky i told them that installation was not done right but now when i am comaplaining again they are charging me for the technician visit. Is this the right kind of attitude providing uninterrupted services and better usability is the main thing of the service provider but they are charging for everything even for the mistakes they are doing.
