[Resolved] Tata Sky — technician miss behave | |||
Sir, I am using tata sky connection for my tv. My tv was having signal issue hence i called to tata sky, they informed that within 24 hour technician will come and resolve the issue and you need not to pay any thing case charges eill be deducted from tata sky account. Within 6 hour technician came and informed that lnd of antena to be replaced. I told go ahead and after replacing he asked rs 300 for lnd and 150 for technician visit. I told okay deduct from my tata sky account for which he refused and insist for only cash when i called to tata sky toll free they told the cost of lnd is only rs150 and technician refused to talk to tata sky person over phone. Finally when i have not given cash he has removed lnd and went. Now i am not getting any service of tata sky and when i am calling to tata sky repeated answer is that your complaint is registered. Now i am fed up with the service of tata sky and want to quit to other company but there is no provision for refund of rs 300 in my account. Sir if some body has payed for a year or more and wanted to quit than he can' t get any thing back. Sir i request trai to look into the matter and put provision for refunding the balance as trai has removed package system of these company and allowing individuals to choose their own channel. Trai can look into this isue also and implement provision of refunding balance money in case of swithing from one company to other Was this information helpful? | |||

We can't see subscribed channel during the good weather. I think my setup box haven't properly gain the network. Please resolve our problem.
