[Resolved] Tata Sky — television mishandled by tata sky technician | |||
Hi, One of tata sky technician had visited my residence to install the fire tv stick, during course of installing he mishandled the television, i had complained the same to tata sky and after so many calls and mail i got to speak to the nodal team and as per the promise made by them it was told that i will be getting the reimbursement of the charges incurred for the service, i have forwarded the same to tata sky nodal team since then there is no update from them. I have sent them several mail as well i have called them many times and in response they telling me to wait for 24 hours and its more than a week now.
