[Resolved]  Tata Sky — television mishandled by tata sky technician

Hi,

One of tata sky technician had visited my residence to install the fire tv stick, during course of installing he mishandled the television, i had complained the same to tata sky and after so many calls and mail i got to speak to the nodal team and as per the promise made by them it was told that i will be getting the reimbursement of the charges incurred for the service, i have forwarded the same to tata sky nodal team since then there is no update from them.

I have sent them several mail as well i have called them many times and in response they telling me to wait for 24 hours and its more than a week now.

Technician had visited my hours on 21st may and i have immediately called them and raised a complaint.

Hi,

I Had informed that the charges will be repaid after submission of the bill, after doing that none of the agent team from nodal team called back after writing several email i received a call from a nodal agent named khadeer, he was very adamant and was offering me only 500 rs however the billing amount was 7000, i have already submitted the bill.

Khadeer was neither transferring the call to higher authority nor he was ready to pay, he was very adamant and rude and sarcastic over call.

It's really frustrating that tatasky team not living upto the promise, i need a proper resolution, i am not liable to pay the amount for the mistake made a tatasky technician.

Please help me getting this resolved.
