I wrote a mail to tata sky on 8th May 2016 asking them to stop my services for 15 days since i was going on a vacation. Their call center numbers were not working. The y responded with a automail with a number OCDT5CY. Now when i have asked why the account is not extended by 15 days they say they received no such request. When i ask them about the auto response service request number which was provided to me they say it was for installation. When my mail is for temperory suspension how can it become installation.
