Tata Sky — The service standards are really bad | |||
Hi sir/madam, I have subscription with tatasky and facing issue with customer care and it is not getting installed. I have loaded 300rs into the account twice in the past and even though it was not installed, they would cut the amount on daily basis and technicians simply wouldn't come to install. They would say i have requested for postponing it even though i haven't done any such request. I lost 600rs over two years. The sevice standards are really bad.
