'the set top box needs to be paired. Contact the customer care if the problem persists.'.. I need to resolve the situation immediately as why i am facing this situation. As i am away from my home station and my family members are facing such problems. Also tata sky doesn't respond to any calls made nor they have alternative number where they would receive a call.
