Our set top box is not receivig a signal since last 3 days. We registered a complain yesterday through the call center. The agent promised that an engineer will come ( the same day by evening). We waited for him the entire day but nobody turned up. Today when we called the call center, we discovered that the complai has been closed.
Our set top box is still not receiving signals.
