Most of the channels are not working from quiet a few days, also i was getting a message when the TV was switched on . payment due 8/5/2015 whereas i had paid for the one year in advance, i had spoken to Pinkesh shah ( Area Sales Incharge Direct Sales), through i had got he connection done, on 22nd May as i was unable to connect to the call center number .he gave one more number and said to log in the complaint After umpteen attempts i was able to lodge the complaint @ around 10:00pm . i was informed someone will visit the [place on Saturday ( i had requested for someone to come in the morning and they agreed) NO ONE TURNS UP ON SATURDAY. i complaint again on Saturday they say someone will come on Sunday . i was travelling asked my daughter to wait, still no one came. At around 4:pm i get a call someone can come @5;00 or 5:30 . I told please send someone tomorrow morning as we are out.
Monday morning no one comes, we lodge a complaint again and are informed some will visit between 3;30 and 4:30 ( I requested them to send some by 1:30 ( they agreed ). NO ONE TURNS UP . NEITHER @1:30 NOR ON THE TIME THEY HAD COMMITTED
i called the customer care again they say they will talk to the technical team and some will attend shortly . i spoke to the senior executive saurabh Sharma and asked him to give me a confirmed time, he says he cannot give any confirmed time. I asked him to connect to the manager which he dint. he kept saying we cannot give confirmed time when the technician will visit.
i called Pinkesh in the evening( 22nd May ) that i informed him the technicians are not coming in spite of repeated complaints. he said he will talk to someone and call back. i am yet to hear from him. i again lodged a complaint on Monday late night. i was told some one will visit your place but no one has turned up nor have i received any call as to when the technician would come.
On Tuesday ( 26th May ) i called Pinkesh again but his number was busy and he did not call back.
i am very tried of this every day follow up for the services for which i have made advance payment. i feel Tata Sky is unprofessional when it comes to servicing the customers if this is how Tatasky intends to serve the customers, i would request for the refund as i do not have the time and energy to waste on such followups . I will take the local cable connection as they are quiet prompt in attending complaints and serving customers.
