This is regarding the no signal for last 4/5 days for various channels. My name is Veena Tripathy and Consumer number is [protected]. I have being doing everything what you are telling all the customers if single is not good. smsing to 56633 then calling the number. The only replay is we know the complaint and technician will visit soon. That soon is I do not know when. Once I got a phone call saying the person will contact you in two hours and today after more than 30 hrs are passed and no one has come to check the disc or signal. If you can not address the problems of customers then there is no point in keeping the connection. Your customer care number is always busy and I have never got through that. When we do not pay you are prompt in messaging and cutting the connection but when we are having problem you are just sending smses without actually working on it. Was this information helpful? | |||
