Tata Sky — this is the wrong card error

[protected] is my registrered mobile number on tatasky. I recharged it after 4 months and now i am getting an error. It says "this is the wrong card". Kindly resolve it as soon as possible. Today i recharged my tatasky with 350 rupees. It was not working from past few months kindly resolve the issue. Any other information will be given if asked. Feel free to ask.
