[Resolved] Tata Sky — threading that my complaint work order will be cancelled by her | |||
I complained about my set top box not working as i have two tv sets i checked one was not working. I complained and got message from tata sky that their person will attend by 10 tomorrow. After sometime a female calls saying their person is nearby can he come i said yes after sometime female named kajal jha calls saying person cannot come tomorrow at ten. Then she threatens that my complain work order she will cancel if i insist as per sms recd from tata sky that the person should come in the morning by 10 or 11. Then she disconnects and sends sms for the person will come after 2 days and in evening after 7 pm. I am very very disappointed with such kind of disgusting attitude of a tata sky employee to a privileged customer. Then i complained to tata sky again spoke to a better person mr. Pratik. But i want action from the seniors and i want reply what right a employee has to cancel any customers complain and overrule as per their choice the time for a complain.
