Tata Sky — Time wasting | |||||
I have just bought a Tata Sky HD box cause they said we don't have to pay for it for 1 year so I just bought it but they gave us the wrong info about it because there is no such thing like this then we decided to Deactivate it and called the customer care but and asked only "will we be refunded " and "what's the process of the deactivation" only after that they deactivated it without asking us. And again we called so they are just saying us too wait for hours.. This Tata Sky is having a very very poor service and giving us wrong info about thing . Was this information helpful? | |||||
