Tata Sky — Totally distorted viewing | |||
One month ago, The Tata Sky said, they are upgrading the system and so there will be viewing problems for a couple of days. Assuming it to be normal thing, I also waited. But to my horror, it is almost three weeks and still most of the channels we watch in our home are showing horribly that continuing to view will surely damage the eyes...so much so much corrupted views...and whenever I go to online chat it keeps you in queue and from 85 it will come to 4 and then it shows an error and it goes off...and when I make hotline complaint it says with an sms they have received my complaint but twice complained but nothing has happened...but keeps reminding so horribly about the payment despite such totally horrible, nonsensical and rascallic service. I don't know under which authority this company comes TRAI or other national agency, they should immediately ask this agency to return our money for the set top box as I want to quit their service now...
