On 24th Nov 2021, I had done for Rs. 374 for DTH Tata Sky recharge.via Axis Bank App. The same mode of payment has been used for years and has never given me any problem, except for this one.

Transaction detail: AXMOB/DTHR/155EEF6G9170/[protected]/
The amount is deducted from the Account and after confirmation with the Bank, Axis Bank claimed a successful transaction with Tata Sky and provided this ref no. 155EEF6G9170
Tata Sky is claiming they have not received any payment for recharge on 24th Nov 2021.
Another recharge was done on 27th Nov to use their DTH service as the monthly pack was expired. This recharge was successful.
Mode: UPI
I had called Tata sky customer service and they said they haven't received any amount on 24th Nov. So it will be reverted back in 7 working days.
I also called Axis Bank and the bank said the Transaction was Successful and Received confirmation through the backend from Tata Sky.
I registered a Complaint about this problem with Tata Sky
The solution they gave is Contact Bank

The solution they gave is to contact Tata Sky
This happened over 5 times where Tata Sky said to contact Axis Bank and Axis Bank said to contact Tata Sky.
The issue is not resolved after waiting for the stipulated time for resolution.
I have lost money, time, and patience while struggling to find where my hard-earned money is?
