Tata Sky — Transfer of Connection not being done | |||
Tata Sky has been promising to send someone / someone will call and fix a time for the service to setup my connection in Bangalore (I recently shifted from Hyderabad). After 4 days and numerous commitments of within 24 hours resolution, this has still not happened. I have called 8-10 times - am put on hold to speak to a manager and then after 16 mins of being on hold, thel ine goes dead. Pathetic service for a consumer - please let me know what means of redressal do I have. Was this information helpful? | |||
