Your customer support team called for first 3 days and confirmed that money will be refunded soon. But no response in past 10 days. Kindly return my money. Tatasky subscriber id : [protected]. Since last two months tatasky connection is showing pairing error (nds and digicard) (14). Customer care has no clue why this problem comes. They want to send technician and they have some funny address. Pretty disgusting.

I am getting error like- this is wrong card for set of box error, but few days back the same card was working fine. i did recharge after one month, but still getting error.

More than twice the technicians visited me.
more than 25 calls made to my registered mobile number, but no use.

Please rectify or will be forced to approach the Consumer Court for Deficiency of Service by Tatasky.
