Tatasky subscriber id : [protected]. Since last two months tatasky connection is showing pairing error (nds and digicard) (14). Customer care has no clue why this problem comes. They want to send technician and they have some funny address. Pretty disgusting.

I am getting error like- this is wrong card for set of box error, but few days back the same card was working fine. i did recharge after one month, but still getting error.

We have got tata sky few months back . Our customer id is[protected] . Registered mobile number is [protected]. it was working fine till yesterday. But this morning onwards getting error 14. Kondu resolve this.
