Tata Sky — TV channels completely blacked out for one week | |||
I am from Bangalore and have been messaging and calling up TataSky on the number that is being advertised. Everyday, I am getting messages that an engineer will soon be allocated and the problem will be attended to. However, since one week nothing has happened. It is very difficult to get through their Toll Free Number. Even the Bangalore office is not responding properly. I have been told that there is a backlog of 3, 000 complaints and that they are helpless. TataSky has collected so much of money towards subscription and are not providing any service to its customers. The attitude of the company is bad. Their website states that the problem has arisen as they are upgrading their systems which is going on for a month. Service has been pathetic. They promise that the problem will be resolved within an hour but it never happens. If they cannot service their customers, they should stop accepting fresh membership subscriptions.
