[Resolved] Tata Sky — tv channels-services are worst at hyderabad | |||
I am facing frequent problems with tata sky tv channels transmission and number of complaints in the last two years can be seen from your systems. Deducting rs 200 /225 for ever visit irrespective of the location of problems, tata sky is deducting and deactivating tv channels unilaterally and immediately causing lot of inconvenient. Mainly your systems are unreliable and technicians are incapable of finding permanent solution. There by this gated community centre is facing serious problems. Yester day i complained that some channels are and some channels were not coming. Master resetting was carried out as per the your call centre instructions. Still no change complaint was noted and your technician came and changed the setting from lnb to super lnb and all channels were coming. Immediately the connection was deactivated and asking me to recharge. I asked the technician to give in writing or joint report or inform before me to your concerned manager which he refused and left the apartment. For your system faults is it your policy that customer should pay technician charges. Please review and activate immediately. This is gated community centre 1200 apartments.
