Tata Sky — TV Channels stopped without informating us. | |||
I have Tata Sky from last 7 years. My. ID [protected]. Few months back when u was upgrading ur systems, then u changed setup box. 20 days before I hv registered complaint on ur customer care that in my TV few channels are not coming properly. They run only 1 to 2 mins & then stop, showing "initialiation" on screen & then again start with channel no. 100. Customer care person told that it is setup box problem. We told him that we will not pay any money of this box as my initial box was working fine from last 6.5 years & u(Tata Sky) changed as per ur interest for ur system upgradation. After 2 days a technician came at home in late evening & changed the setup box. He not checked the signal at disc. He left the home saying that He is going to attend other complaint nearby & will return. He is not taking our signature in service report. Next day when we 'ON" the TV, found that it not working, channels was not coming & showing message that ur balance is (-)ve. At that time my balance was Rs280 & whole amt. deducted without giving information us. When talked to customer care about this (-)ve amt. they told that first pay setup box amt. & service visit charge amt. & charge ur a/c, then ur channels will come. Why I pay this amt. as I still not confirmed that after changing setup box problem resolved or not. Kindly tell me is this the way u behave with ur old customers. How u knew that problem is in setup box. If there was problem in setup box, then how many channels like colours, Star Plus etc are coming OK. News channels & few other channels are not coming properly. Have u checked the signal strength at disc level. This shows that u are cheating with customer. I am an ex employee of Tata Group. Tata work on Ethics, then how Tata Sky can do this with me. From last 20 days my TV is off & we are not able to view any channels. I not expect that Tata Sky of Tata Group can do with their customers like this. I hope in Tata Ethics & still believe that my problem will be resolve. Was this information helpful? | |||

This shows that u are cheating with customer. I am an ex employee of Tata Group. Tata work on Ethics, then how Tata Sky can do this with me. From last 20 days my TV is off & we are not able to view any channels. I not expect that Tata Sky of Tata Group can do with their customers like this.
I hope in Tata Ethics & still believe that my problem will be resolve.
