Tata Sky — Two day outage without information and Tata sky mobile (everywhere TV) not working after payment

There was a two day black-out of tata sky services without any information and there was no regret or compensated days from tata sky for my annual subscription. More over the everywhere tv doesnt work even after having made a three month payment saying "You need to install PcShow!". ?The service center is either not reachable or clueless
